Building Biologist New Build Consultant
Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist (in-training)
After undergoing 30 doses of radiation during cancer treatment, Zara developed electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), drastically changing how she experienced her home environment.
This personal turning point led to nearly a decade of research, and an unwavering commitment to helping others create homes that truly support health.
In 2023 and 2024, Zara completed two advanced EMF training intensives in the U.S. with world-leading experts, including electricians and electrical engineers, gaining cutting-edge, science-backed knowledge with real-world application.

Full course series
The Radiofrequency Radiation module is the first in the Low EMF Home Design & Construction course series developed for home designers and builders ready to lead the next era of construction.
There are six EMFs and each behaves, is tested, and mitigated differently. That''s why we're starting with the one of the most prevalent, poorly understood and addressed exposure types in home building. construction.
Future instalments (to be delivered in 2026) will address AC magnetic fields, AC electric fields, which are vital to address pre, during and post construction in a Low EMF build, in addition to RF.
DC magnetic fields & geopathic stress, DC electric fields, will be explored briefly as needed, as well as strategies to reduce the likelihood of Microsurgery Electrical Pollution (a.k.a. dirty electricity) and do spot and address checks post construction, with content delivered in logical, application based stages.
Our approach is proactive and preventative, by implementing these strategies early, you can minimise or avoid the need to address complex issues later.
The RF radiation course is one of the most comprehensive in the series and it is your foundation. Not all modules will be this extensive, the level of depth and technical guidance for home designers and builders varies for each EMF, for instance, AC electric and AC magnetic will be addressed together, given they overlap during construction stages - but they require different mitigation strategies.
You'll get first access to the full course series at a reduced rate as a founding participant if you decide to continue on the full pathway (no. Your feedback will help shape how we deliver them.
Move beyond traditional standards -
design for long term health
Traditional electrical standards focus on preventing immediate dangers like shock, fire, and injury, but they overlook the long-term health effects of electromagnetic fields.
As home designers and builders, you have the opportunity to go beyond traditional standards and lead the way in creating healthier, safer homes
Imagine a future where every home is designed as a sanctuary for the body to rest and repair.
Reducing radiofrequency radiation exposure is an opportunity for industry leaders to create homes that truly prioritise health.
By the end of this course, you'll understand how to design and build low EMF homes, reduce health risks for occupants, and differentiate your projects in the market.
Please note:
This is the last time this course will be offered at this price. Given the scope, depth, and rapidly evolving nature of this field, and the ongoing investment we're making in real-world insights, testing, and expert integration. This is a living, breathing course that reflects not just best practice, but what's unfolding now on high end healthy home builds in the USA. It's built for early pioneers who want to stay ahead of the curve.
🎯 This is a focused cohort —
designed for a select group of designers and builders committed to pushing the industry forward.
You’ll gain access to live support, a real-world framework, and a chance to be at the forefront of the healthy home movement.
Spaces are limited

TIMING & CALL STRUCTURE
When and how it runs
This is the only live cohort of the Radiofrequency Radiation module we’ll be running in 2025.
Live implementation calls:
📅 Held monthly on a Thursday (9am AEDT/4pm) in the last week's of October, November, and Jan / Feb, or Feb / March depending on group consensus.
Replays will be available, but live attendance is encouraged for Q&A and tailored support, and required to meet the full Low EMF Home Design & Construction Course certificate of completion requirements.
If you enrol after the kickoff call, you’ll receive the replay and can still join the rest of the live sessions.
Think of EMFs as invisible pollutants
Just like air and water pollution. With the right knowledge and tools, we can create safer environments.
Start with RF Radiation — one of the most pervasive EMFs affecting modern homes —and learn actionable steps to address it: from measurement, to pre-design, design and construction.
